It can be really hard to play and progress and do everything all on your own – not only can motivation be a problem, but also developing that all important timing and also the ability to play Music, Make and share Music with other liked minded people.
The Workshops provide an opportunity for Students at different stages in their unique Guitar Journeys to Play, to participate, to progress and still have fun in the process – on the video You will see students at different points playing songs some only having 2 chords or 3 chords and some even taking part with some Lead guitar.
Having live drums there is also a great way to have the experience of locking into the groove, and gives many many people their first ever experience of playing in what looks like a band situation, without the audience or stage lights (or even stage) – while enjoying what to many feels like their first rock band experience.
It’s also a great way for those who perhaps at one time did have that Rock band type experience, and did let life get in the way, to re-experience and remind Yourself about what You have been missing.
Here are students at different levels having fun on some different, simple, fun songs – some with as little as only 2 or even 3 chords.
